Product Liability.

Consumers are frequently injured by dangerous or defective products.

Manufacturing defects are those that occur in the manufacturing process and usually involve poor-quality materials or shoddy workmanship.

Slip and Fall

A slip and fall injury is type of personal injury claim based on a person slipping (or tripping) on the premises of another and, as a result, suffering an injury.
